Part of my order arrived a few days later than the first part of the order. Would have been nice to receive a notification that this was happening. Otherwise, all was fine.
My first order of one pair of Jobst was no problem. The second time I went to order another pair they advertised Second Skin, which is a lot cheaper than Jobst. So I decided to order 2 pair. I ordered XL and when I received them I opened one package and couldn't even get it up my leg! The weren't even a size large more like a medium! So I sent both packages back which was $67. I then ordered one pair of the Jobst which was $51. I received them and of course they were fine. I then waited a week and no refund so I emailed the company and they told me that they don't do refunds on that brand which is bs! I went back through everything they sent me and no where does it say that it is non refundable! I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone! They are a rip off! Do not use them! You have been warned!
