The items are being returned for store credit
The shopping experience was good and the product is of a very high quality. But I am very disappointed that through out my shopping I kept seeing the shipping was FREE...even on my invoice it talks about Free Shipping..., yet I was charged "$4.95 Shipping" on my order! What is that all about? Further, though I ask for an explanation, no one contacted me to explain what that $4.95 was aside from "Shipping." If that was a "handling" fee, then call it that and let the customer know there will be a "handling " fee.
Wonderful range of compression stockings, this is my 3rd time ordering from your site and now I know the size I am it is a very easy experience.
It will all depend on if you sell my info. If you do, i will never use you and tell people that you sell personal info.
After shopping for this product at 6 different drugstores where my size was not available and could not be ordered by them, decided to do it myself online. Duh on my part-should have done that first!
