I've been ordering for a year or so. Shipping seems to be slowing up. Price, quality seems fine. I do get confused when I click on men's medium knee hi and the length is generic (male/female) insteaf of men's size.

I contacted customer service immediately when I discovered I forgot to include a discount code (sock 10). I was informed I would recieve a credit of 3.33, this NEVER occurred. I called the day I recieved my stockings to return same, I no longer needed them. Was told I could only return them for a store credit so I kept them STILL NOT OPENED. You have a good product. Seems like the customer is forgotten in the process.
