Have bought products on 3 occasions. I've contacted them a couple times via live chat and phone. They're very knowledgeable about the products, helpful, and polite. Delivery comes standard within a couple days, with rush options available. I recommend them to my patients, as well.

The first day the item fit fine and stayed up. Every day after that the hose did not stay up on the thighs. Very uncomfortable to have each leg dangling down. Clearly they are not fulfilling their clinical function.

So pleased to find a sizing that caters for larger people. Thank you.
