Nice selection and website easy to navigate. Not pleased with shipping time as told shipping one date and did not ship until I contacted them again three days later. However, the customer service person was courteous and tried to help as much as I think she coulde.

I was excited to find my compression stockings at a lower cost than usual--and free shipping! But, before opening my stockings after they arrived, I realized I'd ordered the wrong compression strength, so contacted Customer Service to see if the increased cost of an exchange and an additional pair would qualify for free shipping. It took several contacts and responses for my question to be properly read and answered, almost as if it weren't read at all. The final answer was curt and in the negative. I fail to understand why the added charge for the new stockings, including an additional pair, which amounts to more than the original amount, does not qualify for free shipping like the original order (which cost less!). Kind of a punitive way of dealing with a simple error!
This is not my first order with Compression.com. I have had positive results with receiving shipment and happy with products. I am trying a new product this time, so hopefully it is a good product. I have recommended this site to many of my friends and family.
