First time looking for compression socks and so far this is the best priced website. My order of course dod not fit and not being able to return or get money back is annoying also the charged is ridiculous.
I was told when I ordered, Nov. 13 it would take 4 to 7 days for my products to be delivered. I called after 6 days because I never received an email stating my order was shipped. The gal I talked to told me it would be shipped that day, Nov. 19th. It wasn't. I called the second time on Nov. 26 and talked to a
Gal named Love and she informed me my order had been on back order and it would be shipped that day.
I finally received my order on Nov. 29.
The support hose are great not so much on the communication.
STAY AWAY! Worst customer service ever! To charge you is easy... now try to return an item. They will charge you shipping and the process is a nightmare!

The Knee Hi's stay up all day.
I thought they came with cotton, nylon and spandex like the Thigh Hi's.
Very helpful live chat... reviews also helped my decision prices seem fair. I'm thrilled I also purchased the textured gloves to help put on and take off my compression hose. It will save them from being ruined plus it is sooooo much easier getting them on and off. Next time I will buy the opaque hose. I like them better because they are thinner and still have the correct support I need.
