I decided that I didn't want my packaged product anymore, after it sat in my closet for a few months. I felt like there was no way I was going to be able to return this package, so what's the use in trying. But, went on this website, only to realize that they actually still take returns, even though it's been months! Sure enough I was successfully able to return my package, which was a burden off my mind. I have since shopped on this site and all my other experiences with them have been nothing but positive, as well!

There's always good deals on CompressionSale, and so this company really keeps true to their name in a major way. I really don't know how they manage to keep their prices so low, but it shows that they strive to provide an amazing service to their customers, and to constantly stay ahead of the competition. I've been ordering from this company for more than 2 years, and it's never taken more than a week to receive my order.

I was able to find what I was looking for quickly, I placed the order, and my package arrived on time. I know this is kind of a niche market, and there's really only a handful of great, comprehensive circulation stockings sites out there, but from my experience, this is one of them. I also have a number of family members who use this site as well, and they too have said great things about it. I guess I should also add that I used their "chat" customer service feature, and that was one of the reasons I was able to locate what I needed in a hurry. Cheers, compressionsale! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made an error when submitting my order. I realized it the moment it was placed and contacted customer service immediately. I was told my order was processed already and I could not make changes or cancel my order, although it explicitly says in writing on thier website, that "After an order is placed by phone or through the web site, the customer has a short opportunity to change their order by giving us a call" I called the customer service number and the customer service agent hung up on me stating that was not in their policies. This site also claims a price match which they do not honor. They do not give refunds and charge you 15% order processing charge and an added shipping fee on items that are exchanged.

Yep, I can't remember the last time I bought socks in an actual brick and mortar store. I buy all of my foot wear here (short of shoes), and I've always been happy with my entire purchase process.

I can't tell you how refreshing it is to come across a site like this that has free shipping! Sometimes when I'm shopping online, I find myself very satisfied with the price of my item, but then, after checkout, I'm dumbfounded with how much the shipping costs end up being. Having gone through the whole checkout process, I tend to just go ahead and reluctantly accept the terms, anyway. All that said, I'm so very pleased that checkout is a no-nonsense procedure, and that shipping is absolutely FREE! Great stuff!

Do not use this company. Their policy is you can return anything within original packaging in 180 days but to find out you will not get a refund. Misguided information marketed this way. It took over 2 weeks for anyone to respond to my email on the site and just in time for them to tell me it was over the 15 days period for a refund. Imagine that. And when I tired to call them I always reached a recording the office was closed. If I could give them no stars I would.

Our friend was excited when we took these compression socks to him (can't imagine anyone being excited over socks). They were the exact pair that he had been instructed by his doctor to buy at an overpriced drugstore. These socks were 60% less on your website. When you are on a budget this means a great deal to you. He asked me to order him 2 more pairs, Thank you for the quality of the JOBST brand and the reasonable price of your product.

I wanted to compare their shipping costs; the ordering process slipped out of my control (I suspect it might be set up that way deliberately). I called Customer Service to cancel my order; they gave me an evasive answer. I emailed them, they sent it anyway.

Called CS a few times; they were argumentative! "How could that be? You can't accidentally place an order..." I've NEVER encountered such an attitude from any CS at any company! This sets a new bar for the WORST EVER!

Long story short: Avoid this company.

I am telling everyone I know in the healthcare business NOT to order from this extremely unreliable company. One month later I was still waiting for my brace. I made numerous calls regarding the shipment of my purchase and each time was reassured that my account would be credited within 3 days. All not true. I had their representatives lie to me, hang up the phone on me, and they were extremely rude. Finally I was told that I could not get my money back, I could just get store credit. WHY would I want to buy anything else from such an unethical and unreliable company? They don't even deserve a one star.

The WORST, lying, shady, deceptive company on the Internet. Same problems only worse. Months of trying to get a refund on a defective pair of Jobst stockings. Put me through the wringer for months. Ran me around with a Paypal dispute (worthless). Finally called the company (manufacturer) direct. They took them back and sent me another pair with an apology. But, more tellingly they told me the stocking were clearly defective and that they OFFERED a refund to the compressionsale owner IF he would honor his refund to me and they still refused to honor their promised warranty. Once you send them your money kiss it goodbye. Plenty on honest dealers out there. It's worth paying a buck or two more to deal with a real company rather than be tight to try and save a buck dealing with the biggest thieves on the Internet. Haven't seen this kind of Internet rip-offs since the early days. All I can say is STAY AWAY.
