One thing I value about this site, is that all the terms and conditions are CLEARLY expressed in the content of the website itself. Whatever policies are mentioned on the site, in my experience, are followed through with. In the past, I've been cheated by a couple other similar sites when buying something online, but these guys are clear and thorough with their policies, which I highly respect in a company. I can say this because I've been ordering with them for many years. I can one time when it was obvious that they had made a very minor mistake, which was made right, immediately. Simply put, those who run this site are upfront and honest, and that's getting rarer and rarer these days, I've noticed!
I'm a regular shopper of this site, but one day I was browsing another website, just to check out their prices, and I actually found the pair of stockings I was looking for, on that site, for a bit cheaper. I sent CompressionSale an email letting them know this, to see if their was anything they could do, and sure enough, they beat the competition's price by 10 percent! This is exactly one of the many reasons why I keep returning to buy my stockings here. Thanks so much for all you do, good people at CompressionSale!
I bought 2 pair of compression stockings for $20/each. Both pair tore and ran when I wore them for the first time. Called their customer service and spoke with a very rude and unprofessional person who kept putting me on hold hoping I would just hang up I suppose. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she informed me that she was the supervisor. Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their product. Order from another company as this one is a waste of your money.
Tried this company for the first time, about a week ago, and I really want to commend them on their attention to my needs. I spoke with a very knowledgeable customer service agent through the chat feature. I had a number of questions for them that were answered in great detail, and in a very kindly manner. It banished the usual hassle of conversing via email or by phone, which I really liked. More companies should implement the online chatting option - it really saves a lot of time, and after all, it's 2016!
You're lucky if the items you order from them fit you perfectly! Otherwise, you'll have a nightmare dealing with returns or exchanges. The customer service is far from helpful. Instead, I had to repeat my question three times for them to understand, and then waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Don't even expect someone talking respectfully to you. Just DO NOT ORDER from them!

This company doesn't only have a vast selection of compression foot wear, they're also the place to go for compression wear for your arms and torso. Just got a super comfortable gauntlet from them last week. Sure, I don't really like wearing it, but I know it'll help me, and the great price definitely makes it easier to keep it on.
Customer service is non existent! Any question you have will be thrown back in your face with this statement... "it's on the website, go back and read it!" If you are lucky enough to talk to Matthew, be ready for his condescending attitude and indifference. He's a real gem and his supervisor is more of the same. If you do not wish to keep the item you have ordered, you have no recourse other than a store credit or exchange so don't be fooled.
Wish i had read the reviews before placing my two orders. Stay away form this company, Worst policies and customer service i have ever experienced. They don't accept your returns only exchanges and you can't cancel orders even if placed in within 24 hrs. They asked for restocking fees and the communication through e-mails is horrendous, they play you like like they don't understand and send you multiple e-mails without any resolution adding only aggravation and frustration.
Admittedly, I'm a bit of an introvert and consider myself to be pretty shy. I also get social anxiety from time to time, even when it's just talking on the phone. I know it sounds silly, but it's true. Just like banking transactions and purchasing food, I'm glad that even customer service interactions are taking place through the web now, too. It just gives me a bit of time to clear my head, and think about exactly what I want to say, before I say it. That's one of the reasons why I liked the live chat feature on COMPRESSIONSALE so much. The person on the other end was really knowledgeable about their products, and most of all, they were patient with my inquires, and allowed me the opportunity to ask whatever questions I needed, so that my order could be exactly as I wanted it.
Sure... maybe I should get out of the house more, at least that's what my friends tell me, but with great customer service chats online like this, sometimes there's just no need. :)
My first experience using this service, and it was definitely a good one. Customer service was easily reachable via the chat box, and all my preliminary questions were answered in a friendly and efficient manner by a real person, as opposed to a robot, which was nice. My order was shipped to me at no cost, and arrived at my doorstep in about a week. I cannot say a single bad thing about my experience, and I'm definitely going to use this service again. I'll also add that this website has some super steals on awesome name brand products, which are usually tagged at sky-high prices, elsewhere!
The quality of the produce was excellent - and my only reason for the 1-star rating is because they do not have the compression stockings I wanted in a size that will fit me.
Before checking out my order of donning gloves, my order said "qualifies for free shipping", In addition I had called whether to add this to a prior order, but was told that shipping was free anyhow. Yet I was charged $2.90.
I find their web site confusing and will not buy from them again because their customer service was unfriendly and acted as if they could not care less. Stay away from this company
You cannot cancel your orders even if immediately cancelled (within the hour). As soon as your payment processes is permanent - regardless of how long it takes the item to ship. The return policy is 25% of order will never be refunded AND postage (if they even follow their return policy, given that they do not follow cancellations.)
Just wanted to stop by and mention how easy it was to return my stockings to compressionsale. I ordered some stockings, tried them on, decided I didn't really want them anymore, and had the intention of exchanging them for something else on the site. The only problem was, I procrastinated a little bit. So much so, that it ended up being one day after the 30-days of purchase policy - technically, only hours after, though. I talked to someone from the compressionsale team, and they were very understanding about offering me the return with store credit benefits anyway. Maybe they were in a good mood that day or something, but I definitely appreciated it. Don't know if that'll work for everyone or what, but it worked in my case, and just due to that, they've made me a returning customer. :)
Ordered my husbands JOBST Knee High stockings but I messed up at checkout on APPLYING my 10% OFF code offered on my first order and I contacted the company within just a couple minutes when I noticed my order total amount didn't reduce my cost and they very kindly recalculated everything and emailed be notification that my $4.00 REFUND will be credited back to my visa account. I definitely appreciate a company who displays the extra effort to offer CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's something hard to find nowadays and I'll definitely order from them in the future. Plus tell others I speak to looking to order these products to buy from them as well.
I have very short legs/large calf, and am impressed by the good selections available to me...many other sites seem to assume we are all the same height!
I am a rookie with this site, but upon ordering for the first time, I received my order in only 4 days! I thought it was going to take a week and a half to two weeks, but I was very pleased when it came on Friday, and I had placed the order just that Monday. They came just in time too. I was definitely in great need for another pair of circulation stockings.
I'd also like to commend them on their free ordering policy. Sure, you can pay a little extra if you want it overnight shipped or something, but 4 days is certainly quick enough for me.
This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. If only there was an option for zero stars... Waited for medical supplies for SEVEN months - all the while being strung along and told (when I called every week to find out whats going on) that either I forgot to do something or the credit card didn't work or they forgot to process the order etc. Then they tried to strong-arm me for MORE money (I had already paid $470 seven months prior) in order to get my order. The customer service is horrendous - I was cursed at, hung up on many times by supervisor, I mean really really awful experience. I cannot believe they are still in business. I am not a reviewer but wish to save others from avoiding guaranteed disappointment...
Buyer beware. This site robs you legally of your money and fails to deliver the item you have purchased. Be careful of the lady by name Melissa who promises you in writing your item will be delivered on time which is a lie. Stay clear of this company if you are an overseas buyer. PayPal won't help as well. I lost A$250 plus to these thieves.
