Easy to order. I ordered the first pair to make sure it was what I was looking for. They were right so now I am ordering the quantity that I want.
We sure felt like we had broken the law by trying to talk about an exchange. We have made several calls in trying to deal with an exchange and all we have accomplished is talk to a few not friendly at all customer service people.
Most of the time we use Amazon and we thought about giving our business to Compression Sale and realized why we might as well stick with Amazon.
All they do is try to lecture you about why you don't read the small print. At least I got a name of a supervisor that we will try to deal with (Melissa Bright).

I found it confusing to relate the various sizing elements to the final 2 digit size. One of your sales ladies would not take the time to explain the process. A male online, communicator, was very helpful.

Order process became complicated by a change in delivery address and need to exchange items due to sizing problems (requested items were shipped, just didn't fit). There was also a time constraint involved as I was departing from the shipping address in the USA to return to my home in Mexico. Took a few calls to their customer service to arrive at an elegant solution that worked for both of us. There is a partial refund pending - once received I would have to say this has been a positive experience.

Ordered compression stockings, returned because of quality for exchange. They refuse to refund the stockings, saying they were worn, seems ripped. What? They were not. Also I requested postage as customers have to pay postage for returns. Am cancelling the exchange and will never order from them again. How unfortunate to have companies like this taking advantage of consumers.

I a lypmhodema therapist in Australia. We dont have the extensive range that you have in the U.S. The post cost is a a little steep for such a small article.
