Foot size is too long
The Post Office delivery was the usual weird experience. The product to be delivered in Philadelphia was sent from Chicago to Kansas City and then to Philadelphia. That delivery was prompt. However, the product was then put on a truck for delivery twice at between 2AM and 4AM and returned to the post office by 5AM. Three days after arrival in Philadelphia, the product was delivered.

IT IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT I RELY ON.
After purchasing online and ordering my item to arrive in 2 days, I receive an email with a tracking number that doesn't work. I call them. Someone with the email *******@compressionsale.com tells me that I should send him an email back to receive the "right email with the tracking number". I asked for the status of my purchase, and he tells me that the item will arrive only on the 3rd business day, even though I paid extra to have my items delivered in 2 b. Days. He then starts to aggressively complain to me that I ordered the items too late, and that is my problem, not his. When I ask to talk with a supervisor, he says "he is the supervisor", rudely finishes the phone call, and hangs up. I'm appalled! Will never EVER again buy from this website.
I enjoy being able to wear these stockings - instead of the horrible black stocking that are thick.

Was not able to redeem coupon codes, because there is no where to enter them at check-out.
Commented on that at the time of checkout (and included the coupon code there) but was not reimbursed for the savings.
I'm disappointed I didn't spend a little more money and get a better quality.
I've never been disappointed with compression sale. I have a lymphedema leg from cancer surgery, these help a lot and the ones in the drugstore are expensive and boring.
By mistake I bought a sleeve instead of a Knee High Stocking I sent it back thinking I would receive a refund after buying at least four pairs from them after several weeks I did not know if the refund on my credit card so I emailed them and they claim they never received the product even though I had emailed them and told them that I was returning it and got an authorization number unfortunately I was not able to find my tracking number so I'm out of $17 I will never buy from this company again and will impress upon my friends and family not to as well
