I had placed an order on 1/26 for compression stockings and Application Gloves Super-Grip. Through my many calls to Compression Sale, I was advised that the gloves were on back order, and they had sent an alternative, Jobst 100% Cotton Donning gloves without my authorization. I had purposely not ordered these, as they only came in size small and medium, and I needed size x-large. I was only advised after they were delivered that the back order was in effect. Had I known this, I would have cancelled the request. Now they are saying unless we pay for the shipping we will not get a store credit. Will not let me speak to another supervisor and was told Sarah was already the supervisor and she was being told that it is their policy shipping needs to be paid and that they already paid for shipping (which they did not because I paid for the shipping on the original order). I asked her why another brand was shipped out when we had a receipt for Application Donning gloves and was outside of our authorization. Sarah basically said that they just sent out what was comparable and what they felt was a better brand but that we would have to pay for the shipping to return it. I told her what they sent was a SM/MED and what was originally ordered was XLG. Asked her to speak to that someone or another Supervisor. She said she is not going to transfer the call because they are all on the phone. She said she was not going to go back and forth and disconnected the call. This company is a scam and would never use them nor recommend anyone. They need to be investigated. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! No customer service!
