I tried to cancel this order an hour after I placed it. Could not be done since the order was processed so quickly. I ordered the wrong size and now I must return them even though it is a quality product. Now trying to get a return approval and that is not easy.

This is so easy! Thanks. I'm returning the order. They don't fit the same as the Jobst brand and want to now order that brand. It will be in the mail tomorrow with info on the product I want.

There was not page to review order in case I changed my mind in the last minute. So that makes my shopping experience not really positive. And id did not allow me to use 10%off coupon I had for Jobst stockings.

I WILL REORDER SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THE SOCKS TO MY FRIENDS.

The people on the phone were abrupt and rude. They were not interested in hearing what I had to say and hung up on me more than once.

The process was quick and easy, and the price was just right! Other sites change at least 20 percent more!

All was acceptable. I just got the wrong compression strength.
