I am a cardiologist, in a large group of cardiologists. We have a lot of patients for whom we recommend compression socks / stockings. I ordered some for myself to look at to decide what I wanted it. They were unopened in original packaging but they refused to issue a refund. They only offer store credit. I have advised our whole group to advise their patients not to order from this company due to their substandard customer service policies.
