Quick and easy ordering product. I ordered the incorrect size and returning is a little more difficult. In addition, I will not receive a full refund.

Shipping could have bee quicker

I am very disappointed. What I purchased and what I received were 2 different things. Store credit is not an acceptable solution!

Sizes were wrong. Cannot get help to reorder or return product from anyone anywhere.

Size was not consistent with all my previous orders although I ordered the same exact same product. I gave my older receipts and box. These were longer and larger. Too long to use without causing binding marks on legs.

I was told these socks only come in Beige color by the retailer. I went on line to try and find Black or White as I am in a show with my granddaughter and I needed black or white socks. Thank You very much. You saved the day.

Returned order-size inaccurate according to measurement chart-returned & requested store credit (info requesting store credit enclosed with socks)-received an unwanted order-no help with live chat-emailed returns dept regarding problem per phone call to company-no reply.

I am needing to return 2 pair of 3, did not realize that I could not get a refund, I placed a second order for 2 more that are more expensive. I did ask if yall could apply that to my new purchase but did not get a reply. Hoping for the best, just spent hundreds with you company.
