My only complaint is that I never received any notification that the product had been shipped so I didn't know when to expect it. I went to the website to look for information and it appeared I'd never even made an order. My credit card had been charged and I was going to call to find out what was going on when and then the product was delivered. I think you could do a better job of keeping customers informed about shipping and delivery dates.
