I have never had a worse experience with any other on-line purchase. I need to return one of the items and for whatever reason I can't download the return form. Spent far too many hours trying to get this resolved waiting "on hold" then no satisfaction from the customer service representative.

Having to leave a written comment is annoying. I bought these for a client and I have bought them before. They work.

It was very easy to order but need to explain the difference between shoe size and size of calf of your leg.

This is our second shopping visit for these same socks. THey work beautifully! The only thing that make it better is if there was a way to save our order for the future so we can just come back and click buy again.
