5/29/17: Ordered
6/3/17: Delivered. Pleased at this point
6/6/17: Realized I ordered the wrong size when I looked at the box. Initiated return/exchange process before trying on socks. Received return authorization on the same day. Still Pleased
6/10/17: Shipped. Included CC#, per instructions to process extra charges (The incorrect order was my fault. I had no problem paying the few bucks)
6/12/17: Tracking indicates my package received on
6/26/17: After plenty of patience asked about status. Was told I needed to make the payment I had agreed to. I responded that I had sent my CC# and wondered why I wasnt contacted if there was a problem with my payment. Asked if I could submit my payment via PayPal because I wasnt comfortable sending my CC via email.
6/27/17: Sent PayPal payment and confirmed it was sent via email.
7/10/17: Again, after plenty of patience, asked status. Was again told I needed to make the payment. I had to reiterate that I had did so, and provided proof.
7/11/17: Advised that the socks had shipped
7/17/17: Received socks.
Not pleased with the slow delivery time
I sent the order contingent on your price match plus 10%. You refused to price match and only offered the 10% which was still more than your competitor. I was not able to cancel my order but assured of the 10% discount. I was not given any discount and charges the full price. When I emailed to ask I still have not received a response or the discount. Very very disappointed with compression sale and will not use them for any future orders. I buy upwards of $1000 worth of stockings each year.
Waiting to see shipping address which is different from billing

BUYER BEWARE! DISHONEST COMPANY! SCAM! My husband ordered compression stockings online in XL. He re-checked the order & saw they shipped small. He tried to edit or cancel the order. Compressions sales said the order couldn't be changed,
It was processed. They offered a refund or exchange that we filled out online. They told us to return the wrong merchandise and they would exchange it for the correct size. We paid $5 for shipping and when we called to reorder we were on hold for 30 minutes, and were told to fill out another exchange & request. We checked the review site & read they've done this before to others. Don't order, buy or even visit this website. Linda & Herbert F.

Been great- fast service too
I was very disappointed with the delivery service. The order was placed on July 3 and didn't receive the item until July12. I was using the tracking system. The item was at the West Sacramento facility and then it went to Snelling, CA. It finally arrived again at the West Sacramento facility close to where I lived.
Very quick and smooth transaction. Search and website easy to use. This was a repeat order for the same Jobst knee-high 8-15 mmHG sheer lightweight women's knee-highs, which are extremely comfortable (excellent top band, for example) and gives me the compression level I need now.
When you need this type of product it's so nice to be able to order it and have it delivered promptly.
