I placed an order for $220 based on receiving the Price Match plus 10% per their website. I followed their instructions exactly. They proceeded with the order without the Price Match plus 10%. I emailed them and Melissa at Customer Service said they would give me 10% off and that the Price Match was at their discretion, but I could not cancel the order. Really?!?! So even though the other company was cheaper, I said I'll take the 10% as I needed the stockings for an upcoming trip. They charged me the full price so, I emailed Melissa at Customer Service and she said, "I will forward to the correct department" to which I received no update. I called their Customer Service (on hold for 10 minutes to get through) then spoke with Rashad who looked into the problem then put me on hold several times before telling me that he will credit my account the $22. I finally did receive the refund but I will not use CompressionSale.com for any future sales as I felt that that their sales tactics are deceptive. I should have been able to cancel the order if they would not honor their Price Match plus 10% and the trouble for me to get them to honor what they said they would.do.
