Easy ordering. I like ordering from CompressionSale. No hassle!
This is my first time using this company but it was referred to me by my daughter who has had great success with her orders. I made the mistake of ordering during the Christmas Holidays, so the order was rather slow in arriving. That was not the fault of Compressionsale.com, however. Next time I will plan my order for a less busy time.
I really appreciated the product locator-it made the site easy to navigate and to find new products. However, I was hugely disappointed with Compressionsale.com's shipping and customer service. I paid for 2-day FedEx/UPS shipping to ensure I received the in-stock products before I left on a trip. When I inquired about the status of my shipment, I was given a USPS tracking number. Customer service tried to blame it on the items, which were listed as "in-stock", on back order with the manufacturer, ignoring my question about the incorrect shipping method. I've written twice to customer service asking for a refund on the additional shipping charges, but have not yet (10 days later) received a response.

I have purchased from compressionsale for about 1 1/2 years. Once, I was sent a pair of hose that were not the Activa ones, although were in an Activa box. Compressionsale quickly exchanged them for me, after I sent the odd ones back. I have always had good results when talking to personnel at Compressionsale. Ordering online is easy, and the product arrives in a timely fashion.
