As I just explained in the previous box - the knee highs I ordered were a full 1 1/2" longer than another brand I've been using. They creased at the ankles, were not a good fit. I learned when I called that you do not honor refunds, only exchanges or store credit. I don't like that policy and think your reputation would be better served with a straight refund for unsuitable merchandise. Might be interested in the store credit but do not know what else you carry.
Next time, I hope these products deliver asap.

I had questions for customer service about the compression of the socks, but she was unable to find it. I looked at another compression website that was selling the same thing and figured out the compression level for your socks.

Form to order is not working right had to press submit several times before it worked kept saying there was an mistake when there wasn't it finally worked nothing was changed.

Easy to view and place order. Cumbersome to use Paypal for payment. I stop using paypal for that reason. Very difficult and convoluted to reset account in Paypal Hope your website is secure.

Ordered two pair of compression socks
Didn't like the color so I returned them and tried to exchange them for another color
Had to return them myself (by mail)
I used US Mail. So I didn't have a tracking #
A month went by
I emailed asking what's up
They claim they never received the socks I sent back
I already paid $54
They said there nothing they can do since I cant prove I sent the socks back
So they have my $$$ and I have no socks

Did not honor return policy for unused unworn stockings that I had in my possession less than 30 days (23 days to be exact). Would only issue store credit, which I did not need because I purchased for my fiancé who died during the 23 days. They make it impossible to return new merchandise and would not even meet me part way.
