Compressionsale did send me the correct gloves (Sigvaris) and told me to keep the Truform ones.The major part of my order (JUZO compression stockings) was exactly as I ordered.
I ordered donning gloves. The web site lists the brand name as Sigvaris and has a picture of the Sigvaris gloves. I prefer Sigvaris because they are easy to get on and off and seem to do a better job with the stockings. They sent the Truform brand. I called customer service and sales and their BS explanation was 'this is what the manufacturer sent us'. They made it appear as if it was my fault. Then they hung up on me.

Would have liked a text description of the product as well as identification of which hand the product was designed for. If it can be used on either hand, would have appreciated knowing that as well. Bought it for my right hand, which is the hand pictured.

I ordered on line having an immediate medical need. Found out after placing the order that overnight/saturday delivery was not possible. Did live chat within 2 minutes to cancel the order and was told orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
I tried to explain that I had not seen the no cancellation, no delivery options prior to ordering, and that, due to the medical requirement, I would have to go out and get the products elsewhere. At this point, Olivia, the chatperson, disconnected the chat.
Have filed a complaint with Paypal who has elevated the matter as much as they can.
Called this morning to follow up, determine if the order had been shipped, or what. Was on hold for 15 minutes, then an agent picked up. I calmly (wasn't easy at that point) explained the story, and asked for an update. Was told the company takes 4-7 days to ship (what? In 2018 it take 4-7 days to ship some socks?), so my order had not been shipped. I was then told that the shipping time requirement, the no cancellation/no refund policy was explained in the company's policies.
I mentioned that the policies were not obvious or I, obviously, would not have ordered from them, and I suggested that their policy would not be clear to most shoppers, and that in today's world, good online companies do not trick customers with such things and attempt to be helpful to customers. She hung up on me. Seems this is what their customer service people are trained to do and do best.
I will continue to pursue my complaint with Paypal. Meanwhile, be forewarned. This is a low quality company with utter distain for their customers. They shouldn't be in business very long. There are many better options out there. Go elsewhere.
Terrible company
I ordered a pair of socks and paid with Paypal. Itvwas advertised as free shipping. On Paypal also showed the total without shipping charge. When I pressed continue in Paypal it moved back to their website in which you could not review your order. Instead immediately charged the credit card with an additional shipping charge. Customer service Melissa Bright was contacted to cancel the order. She initially inquired about the order and after that was provided all communications stopped and they even printed shipping label later on a Sunday night and informed me that order had shipprd.

My husband ordered compression shorts. He got the runaround for several weeks. He was told they were on back order. Long story short, after several calls and and rude customer service, and lies, he never received his order. He told them he wanted to cancel his order and they said There are NO cancellations! What does THAT mean? No product and no cancellations and no refund? We had to go through PayPal for a refund. PayPal was excellent, and we got our full refund.
