I placed an order with this company on 3/21/2014. The order was not correct (they sent the wrong item). I spoke with customer service when I received the order on 3/31/2014. I then got an email from PayPal asking me to authorize a payment to this company. I called again and was told that this is their policy. Before correcting their mistake, and sending me the correct item, they wanted to charge me the cost of the correct item. Indeed they wanted to charge me more than I was initially charged for the item. I called and was informed by customer service that they "have" to do this because "some customers" don't return the incorrect item. Excuse me - their mistake, my cost. Terrible customer service. They should be eager to correct an error that they made. I should not be held liable for their mistake.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong compression stockings. I ordered (by mistake) the thigh high without the silicon band. Since I even wear my stockings when I do my daily walk ( 2 - 3 miles), they keep slipping down unlike the ones with the silicon band. Since they were on sale, I could not return them.

So, the size I had received in the mail wasn't exactly what I wanted, so I sent it back to be exchanged. Many of these websites I know, would have made it very difficult for me to exchange my product, as it would be more work for them, but these guys seemed extremely attentive in making sure that I receive what I had originally intended, and that I was 100 percent satisfied.

On my end, I didn't have to do virtually anything - everything was taken care of, and my overall experience went from so-so to 100 percent positive. Just because of the exchange interaction we had, I know I'll be a return-shopper, for sure.

BUYER BEWARE! DISHONEST COMPANY! SCAM! My husband ordered compression stockings online in XL. He re-checked the order & saw they shipped small. He tried to edit or cancel the order. Compressions sales said the order couldn't be changed,
It was processed. They offered a refund or exchange that we filled out online. They told us to return the wrong merchandise and they would exchange it for the correct size. We paid $5 for shipping and when we called to reorder we were on hold for 30 minutes, and were told to fill out another exchange & request. We checked the review site & read they've done this before to others. Don't order, buy or even visit this website. Linda & Herbert F.

I purchased socks and the socks they sent where not the number I ordered. I called them and they were discontinued. I did not see that because they place it at the bottom or the ad in little red letters. Easy to miss. I called them and they said it was discontinued so I told them that I did not like the ones they sent me that I would like to return them and get a refund and they told me that I was not eligible for a refund. If they were a replacement I should have not had a problem getting my money back. They would not let me get a refund so I told the gentlemen that I would just call my credit card and put a stop on the payment and ship them back and his response was "Do what ever you have to do"He had a very negative attitude. Be very aware that you can buy something but if you are not happy they will not refund you your money and you are stuck with the product. Bad Business. It was my first time using them and the very LAST!

This was my second order. This time I ordered more knee highs and three pairs of thigh highs. The knee highs are wonderful, the thigh highs are really not good for me at all. They really are quite short ( just a bit, 2-3 inches, above knee). And, at my birthday dinner out, they slipped all the way below my knee.
I'm not sure what to do with the two packages that have not even been opened.
On a high note, I ordered a package of knee highs with a design on them and I love them.

My wife used this socks recommended my her doctor and the first two time was bought at the doctor offices, then we check on the site and found them at half prices so we are glad that we are saving buying them on line and the delivery is free and rapidly.

What a huge pain in the neck if you wish to return an item and later learned other vendors were offering the same item for much less money. The item I purchased was eligible for a return, however, I had to accept a store credit even though the item was not used and in its original packaging. So, do not count on a refund for anything you purchase and wish to return! After I sent the item back, I was instructed to either call or give credit card info via email, an unsecured method, to place a new order to apply my store credit to. I wasn't given a new purchase receipt, so there was no proof of what I exchanged my returned item for. So, if I am sent the wrong item, there would be no proof of what I actually ordered. Anything you wish to purchase from their website be sure to shop for better pricing even on Amazon. I was able to get the same item for half the price on Amazon! I will never shop at Compressionsale.com again because of their ridiculous return rules and their high prices!

Worked for the airline industry for over 40yrs and never wore them. I am paying for it now! I have been diagnosed with vascular disease in both my legs and they gets very painful. I put my socks on and it is like someone is there massaging them for me. Thank You!
