I highly recommend CCA! My family has been going there for quite some time to work through grief and loss. We have used several different providers to find the best suit for each one in my familyand have had great success! With your permission, the clinicians can work together and that has been really helpful. I also like the fact that they have onsite psychiatrists and psychologists to refer to if needed and that makes scheduling an ease.

I'd give this place a 0 if I could for incompetence. So without any warning they dropped me as a patient. Previous bill I was told as long as it was paid before the next appointment that I still had care. Then they send a letter saying they not only terminating me but without any prior notices or anything told me we sent it to collections. That isn't legal. According to Iowa law its called medical malpractice. So if you are reading this don't go to these evil people. They don't care about patient care just money. And even after I could explain how they did me wrong they still were $#*!s. So if you are reading this I'm begging anyone don't go through the unnecessary trouble and pain that these people cause. On the next message ill post a list of better places to go. But seriously don't waste your time on a place that breaks the law and is willing to let a patient suffer without help or meds. This place is so $#*!ty that you could say your suicidal and they would let you die because money is more important to those $#*!es then actual care of the patient.
