This website is full of crap. I was charged $130. I called them twice to cancel and about 2 days after getting a confirmation number to the cancellation, they charged my debit card again. I called and all I was able to do was cuss at a stupid woman who kept making excuses. Now I have to call my bank to cancel out my debit card. They are SCAMMERS!

I was reading a few reviews on sitejabber and noticed there are quite a few people getting scammed from acai/colon cleanse products combined with a fake news website. I found this one that links to yet another colon cleanse product http://www.acaiberrydietnews.com/ I am beginning to think all of these site are run by a single person. The fake news is pretty convincing. Even on this site they have a quote by Dr. Phil and then say in small letters that Dr. Phil doesn't endorse this product.

My story is no different than three stories by Lisa, Tracy and Keith. What a nightmare to wriggle out of this deal. I cantacted my credit card company and was stuck with some of the charges before I caught them. But I hope I have them all cancelled now if not I am thinking about cacelling out my credit card accounts due to fraud. Charges and hopefully that will stop any future charges. It is a thought that others may consider but unfortunately I have to wait up to four months before I recieve credit for my returned products which is quite rediculous. PLEEZZZZZZZZZZ warn your friends to stay away from this site.

I, like hundreds of others, fell for the ColoCure free trial and subsequently got billed for $88.55 and $87.77 plus an on-line FitFactory "membership" for $19.95.

I called the number listed on the credit card charge entry and got a foreign accented female voice on a noisy/scratchy line. I could not communicate and hung up in frustration. I then called Chase (the card issuer) and disputed the charges. They recommended I call back to get an address to return the product which will give them a better chance of getting the charges removed.

I then called the number listed under "HubHealthy" on my bank statement which is the "FitFactory" and after literally screaming at the accented female on the scratchy line and hanging up, she called me back and with a magically better sounding connection, with better volume, she agreed to cancel my "membership" and reverse the charge with a conf. #.

Then, after some more research on the web with fellow scam victims, I called *******869 which was recommended as "The Number" to call. Sure enough, just like other victims had said, this accented woman offered no help on a refund of the charges until I pressed very hard and clearly about wanting a FULL refund; not half, not 90% but FULL refund with a threat to call back with my bank's fraud department on the line with me. This conversation was firm, at all times polite, but very firm about my requirements after reading all of the other stories. I got confirmation numbers (for whatever they are worth) and an address to return the product to: Beach Ready LLC, PO Box 3540 Silver Springs, NV *******.

I then called Chase back and asked for the Fraud Dept. who promptly cancelled my credit card (to prevent any further charges) and issued a new one, with assurances I will not have to pay any of these disputed charges.
I will be getting paperwork from Chase to fill out and I will then encourage them to either cancel Beach Ready's merchant number or at least notify any cardholders of charges pending so they can deny them prior to posting.

I hope this helps fellow scam victims and I will continue to try to stop these scum bags by notifying the NY AG's office and the BBB.
