Reported to them to the Better Business Bureau. My credit card was charged immediately, including shipping, for an item I haven't received. Order placed early December, Jan 10 still no product, no return calls, etc. obviously a false web company.
Although quality of product was good, They only filled half the order despite charging for it! Once again-they do not return phone calls, emails, nor does their online chat work. How does this happen after taking people's money? Very frustrating experience!
You call and press one for sales say they will get back to you within 30 min and they don't. Option 2 if for people who have already ordered and were charged but still have not been notified that it was sent. Leave a detailed message for them to email you back I am still waiting 4 days later. No one ever answers the phone. The number that is given when they charge your card has been disconnected. They are impossible to deal with. I will be contacting my back to put back the money they took. We will see what happens.
Lots of problems dealing with these people. They often don't know the difference between FedEx and UPS and they confuse the two constantly. You can pay for 3 days service and get ground, for example. They will charge your card right away but wait to refund several weeks. They don't know the difference between "screen printed" and vinyl letters - they advertise that they'll put "screen printed" names on the back of your jersey, when in fact they use heat-press numbers. Deception & incompetence, all-in-one shop.
I'm STILL waiting for my order. I ordered a jersey and paid extra for 3 day expedited shipping over 1 week ago. I've already had my card charged of course and it hasn't left the warehouse! They claim they are having trouble with the tracking numbers/vendor etc. but no one can tell me if it has shipped and when it might arrive. They only deal with complaints through e-mail so I'm not able to actually talk to someone and get a straight answer. All they do is e-mail me and tell me they're looking into it.

I ordered something from CollegeJersey.com on November 23,2013. As of January 2,2014 I still haven't received anything. I began to contact them for a refund on December 23,2013. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails, and filled out their return form. They have not responded to me. In fact, they do not answer the phone - every call I've made has gone to voicemail. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Ordered merchandise which was immediately charged to my credit card. Two weeks later was told that it wasn't available, so I requested a full refund. They confirmed by request, but didn't issue refund. Despite repeated attempts to contact them since and to which they don't respond, I still haven't gotten a refund. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!
ZERO Stars. This site HAS to be a hoax, or run from overseas, not in FL. They're doing to me exactly what they did to the few mentioned previously. This is crap. They have "answering machine services" but tell you they'll only email you back. Sorry, fake site, but that's NOT how the world works. I am CANCELLING my order before a 30-day mark hits b/c I read on another thread that they can' t refund your $ after 30 days, even if they "promise" backorder status, etc. They're refusing to offer me a tracking # or any other information. This is terrible. DO NOT USE THIS SITE... and to collegejersey.com - enjoy this negative WORD OF MOUTH response to your $#*!ty business.
Ordered Christmas presents for 2013. Same scenario as everyone else. Card charged and no responses to voice mails or e-mails. Tried phone number today and it has been disabled.
ZERO stars. It's a sham. They took the money and that's all they did. AVOID these crooks.
