One of my Christmas trees was broken, but we were able to fix it.

Called to return wagon. Unable to put wheels on rod. Refund in progress. Instructed did not have to return the item.

Items ordered were intact and exactly as described on website

I ordered a top for my daughter and the wrong size was sent. I called about it and was sent a replacement in the correct size. It came very quickly and I thank you for that. The gentleman I talked was very courteous and he took care of my problem very professionally.

The replacement order was finally delivered. I haven't tried it yet, but hopefully it will work.

I ordered the leggings with the buttons at the bottom and I love them! For the price I wasn't sure what I'd get but I am very happy with them and will be wearing them on a regular basis. They fit as expected and that made me happy, too!
