I all have a good experience with Collections, etc. I've been a customer a long time.

Collections Etc is easy to use and they have many great products. I love these brushes so I got a set for each of my granddaughters.

I have almost always been pleased with your products and service. However, this time I wanted something sent to some one else as a gift and I couldn't figure out how to put her address there. When I called for help, the person was not helpful and so I had to have it sent to me. Then I had to send it to her. That was not pleasing. Thank you. Pat Whittaker

So far so good. Boots fit nicely but haven't worn shirt yet. The gloves are a gift.
