I have made many purchases from Colletions for many years. I am always happy with their products and service.
The beautiful CHRISTMAS TREE NATIVITY-******* & SET 4 MUG TOPPER COOKIES-******* (Order Number: XXXXX020) ordered on 12/6/24 and shipped on 12/10/2024 were a gift that was delivered on a timely basis on expected date to the intended recipient. When it arrived, however, the outer box was in bad shape and all contents were both completely broken. The recipient contacted Collections on my (buyer) behalf and initiated a full refund. The full refund was credited back to my credit card. By the time I went back to reorder, items were out of stock. No Christmas presents for my friend. But they know I tried.
I'm not sure of the exact date, just that it was about a month ago. Your date of experience requires a date but it's approximate.

They are SUPPOSED to be able to carry the weight of the contents within. Files? Documents? No! This flimsy, poor quality rubbish bin might be best used in my brother's treehouse for waste paper
& dirty tissues. This cannot properly store anything! I cannot believe I was looking forward to receiving this!
It should go back to China! Apparently they like stuff like that! It's gross negligence on your part to carry such a useless item.

It was nice and easy. The items ordered were delivered in a timely manner and of good quality. The items were also reasonably priced.
Good items to choose from at reasonable prices, we enjoy looking through the magazine.
No issue with ordering product or receiving product but issue with returning. Tried thru my account but didn't get email with easy return label. Then tried calling. Every time I said I wanted to return, call ended without being able to get return label.
The sandals ran small, so I wanted to exchange them for the next larger size. I found that postage for that would cost more than the sandals did. More over, I already paid postage to have my orders shipped to me in the first place, because I missed the deadline for free postage. I guess I need to keep the sandals, because it's not worth exchanging them.
I liked the material of everything I bought. But I didn't get a pink bra that I ordered. I received the nudes one but not the pink one. I like these bras because they are so comfortable and they snap in the front.
My order was delivered when I wasn't hom, so my roommate brought it in. However, he then put a bunch of stuff on top! He just asked me today, "What is in this box?" I realized it was the order I said I didn't receive! Thanks for following up on my email. Glad it was found. Now, just need Fall to come quickly so I can display the lovely items
The cover of the puzzle box was sliced in various places. Not good. The puzzles box was shipped in a box 3 times its size, so that the puzzle no doubt bounced around quite a bit in shipping
I ordered a blue hat which arrived as agreed however when it was received it was in a C plastic bad that had been torn placed in another bag. It was crushed beyond the ability to wear it. I was advised that if they paid for returning it that The cost of shipping would be deducted from my refund. They messed in with the method of shipping and want me to pay for returning it! I will never ever order from them again!
Trees are pretty; but very cheaply made(styrofoam form underneath the few branches). So cheap that the top of one pulled off! Yes, OFF.

(Ordered these on 11.29.22: could not get info as to when they were shipping! Just received the order about 12.16?.22. Even after calling them, got no answer after being put on HOLD. Then. Got disconnected.

Absolute scam. I believe this company targets a specific demographic. No professionalism. Customer service is a nightmare. Every single person you speak with gives you different information about the exact same issue.
I would not recommend nor would I ever order anything from this scam based, over priced company again.
The shipping fees, surcharges and whatever else they charge are ridiculous and just another way to scam people out of money.

Ordered 2 seersucker blouses that were very cheaply made--not true to size. Didn't fit and had to be
Returned. Also, returned shoes that didn't fit properly. Still waiting for refund...also, a lot of companies have free return labels in case of a problem with your order, but you guys charge $11.99 for your return label!
They billed PayPal more than I originally OKd without asking first so I could say cancel the order. Price was a primary consideration!
Fits beautifully, arrived in timely fashion. Loved the color on both sides. Liked the price it was offered at.
Item works perfectly for the purpose it was intended for. Keeps hands cool when holding hot bowl or plate.
