Easy to order, items arrive on time, items look just like pic in catalog. Have ordered from them for years & never been disappointed.
The doorbell I ordered did not work properly. It was frustrating trying to explain the problem to the CS rep. The sending unit did not send information to the receiving unit, which worked perfectly. Eventually, a new order was placed and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I also found a charge on my credit card account I was not aware of. "Return" items are credited to your account and then recharged, which I understand; but this other charge looks like an automatic entry!?
The items I ordered are not available in my locale, so I was pleased to be able to have them delivered to me!

The casual slip-on shoes I ordered were/are very uncomfortable. I cannot wear them. However, the expense of returning out-weighs the small refund. The blouse looks good in your catalog, but not in person!

Everything I ordered came in good time and in good condition, except for one item. It was the Universal Lid, Item #702-65-*******. The handle and hardware for this lid was missing and it is useless without a handle. I would appreciate a replacement of this handle and the hardware necessary to attach it to the universal lid. Please advise. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
