The doorbell I ordered did not work properly. It was frustrating trying to explain the problem to the CS rep. The sending unit did not send information to the receiving unit, which worked perfectly. Eventually, a new order was placed and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I also found a charge on my credit card account I was not aware of. "Return" items are credited to your account and then recharged, which I understand; but this other charge looks like an automatic entry!?
