I ordered a blue hat which arrived as agreed however when it was received it was in a C plastic bad that had been torn placed in another bag. It was crushed beyond the ability to wear it. I was advised that if they paid for returning it that The cost of shipping would be deducted from my refund. They messed in with the method of shipping and want me to pay for returning it! I will never ever order from them again!
