My order was incorrectly fulfilled. I have previously purchased from this merchant and have received partial shipments, based on the immediate availability of items. The enclosed packing slips do not list the items. When I inquired about the missing item, I was told that it was in the original package, which is wasn't, not were ANY of the items listed on the packing list. I was told that I had to provide proof that the package hadn't been tampered with and provide pictures of all the packaging, contents, etc., as if I wasn't being truthful about a low cost item. THIS MERCHANT DESERVES ZERO STARS.
Cole Haan's online store uses a third party to ship their online orders. I purchased from their online store today, but when I tried to add an Alternate Address to ship my purchase to, the Cole Haan on line site arbitrarily used my Billing Address, which was not evident until I received a Purchase Summary. I called Cole Haan who told me they cannot cancel or change the order and that I would have to wait for the product to arrive and then return it. I thought to re-order on the phone to ensure correct shipping and then return the first purchase when it arrived, but Cole Haan will not take a Canadian oder on line.
A Cole Haan supervisor told me that management has been aware of these issues for several years but refuses to deal them. I will not online shop with Cole Haan again.
I am not sure what happened to the shoe's I ordered and was charged for but when I emailed them they told me my order was on the way and would be there that day, that was over a week of waiting, and the website never emailed me a receipt of the order to begin with so I am suspicious and now waiting for a refund on my credit card, I was really looking forward to the product but the service didn't pull through, buyer beware.
Cole Haan's online store uses UPS as a third party to ship their online orders. I did a purchase from their online store 12 days ago. UPS told me that they put the package in front of my house, but I never saw any package. It got stolen most probably (or maybe it was never delivered). Cole Haan told me to solve this issue with UPS as Cole Haan was not responsible for the delivery. I'm still waiting to hear from UPS, they restarted an investigation (after closing it without saying anything). I'm not sure how long this can take but this is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my life as Cole Haan doesn't respond to my emails. They also closed the case on their end pointing UPS. I had to reopen it and go through all these phone calls with UPS. This is very frustrating as I have to deal with all the logistics. I paid $136 and am not delivered anything yet. I will never ever shop from Cole Haan. Such an incompetent company. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon.
After working all day I went to the local call Han at Arundel Mills in Maryland the store was supposed to be open till 9 when I arrived a little after 7 there was a sign saying there were no longer open for the day and would not re open till the next day. There was a young man inside who was obviously working but would not help me in any way. I called early in the day and was reassured that they would be open till 9 o'clock. After driving 45 minutes no one would open the door and I was not able to look at the shoes I wanted. For Christmas, I bought my daughter the Grand Series tote bag ($300). It's a beautiful bag, but after about a year of use (not used everyday), she noticed that the dye would rub off onto her clothing and stain her shirt. Even if you put a shirt inside--to wear after work--the interior ink would come off on it. I went through Cole Haan customer help. After going through corporate, they said that I could not get a refund as it was over a year--it was 1.5 years old. Instead, they gave me a 30% off coupon for a new bag? Who wants to risk spending a large amount of money on a bag that ruins your clothes. Come on Cole Haan, you could do better than that!
Being waiting almost two weeks for a return credit, unacceptable. I had same issue with the north face I called and they reimbursed me right away. I called cole hann. They said I got to wait more. Unbelievable.
I love this store's quality, my mom used to buy all my shoes from Cole Hann when I was little and I still do. They have some of the best quality and if you keep an eye on their website they have more sales than in their stores.
Before you go to the outlet make sure that you go online to get your coupons. I recently went there and my total came to $450, but by the time I gave them my coupons my total was then $200. You have to have a lot of patience but in the long run you'll appreciate the savings. That's at any Cole Haan outlet

Colehaan emails 10 or 15 percent off however they promo codes are never accepted. Don't waste your time.

*CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ALERT*
This Month alone I placed two orders with Cole Haan. One for $180.00 and Second for about $400.00. Both orders online with approved credit with Affirm.
However... I just called Cole Haan customer service to inform Cole Haan of shoes that are not true sizes. I always order size 11 (Womens) and 8.5(Mens). Unfortunately Womens Zerogrand Knit 11, And Mens Coburn Penny Driver 8.5 is exermely too large! I called customer service Rep attitude was (rude) & Non responsive. I asked to speak to customer complaint and phone was hung up on me. I insisted to wait on customer complaint. I was informed, after waiting 8 minutes. Complaint person was on "lunch break" and the phone was hung up on me! Too be "frank" I DO NOT appreciate improper and dishonorable behavior towards a "TRUE" Cole Haan customer. I have never returned a item for sizing, and to be treated in such fashion. I WILL NOT tolerate!
I would like my items returned for correct fitting sizes. If not; I will be force to return "everything" else I ordered online and in store IMMEDIATELY! And for further results My family and I, will discontinue our future business with Cole Haan.
I am personally already a passionate Cole Haan "carrier" for many years. The quality has been flawless in recent years. My parents are likewise enthusiastic, who are already able to name many different shoe models of the brand Cole Haan their own.
Unfortunately, my very good experience so far was painfully clouded by my last purchase. I bought the model "Grandsport II" about 3 months ago. Since then I have worn the shoe about 10 to 15 times. The surprising lack of quality first appeared on the right shoe. In the area of the upper side of the middle foot, the material of the upper side of the shoe has been detached for some time now without any external influence. The filigree honeycomb structure does not seem to be sufficiently attached to the substrate, so that the material loosens with continuous movement. A clear material defect. The area is located exactly where the toes or the front foot bends during normal running. This normal movement promotes the dissolution of the material without any doubt. As a result, this shortcoming is becoming more and more widespread. With a delay of a few days to a week, I saw the same fate on my left shoe. Here, too, the material dissolves in exactly the same place, without any external influences. This reinforced my fear over the past few days that this is a quality or material defect or defect.
After I tried several times to contact the customer service (*******@colehaan.de) and to draw attention to the defect, I have not received any feedback to this day.
Very pity with a shoe in the high-priced segment. With this I will unfortunately turn my back on the brand after many years.
