The iOS version runs slower than the Android version, so you might want to keep that in mind when you download it, but it's still a good platform to deal with. Otherwise, no problems. Easy to learn and user-friendly. Customer support is extremely good.

This fraudulent company cleaned me off my hard earned money. They kept asking for more deposit but i didn't give in, and they disappear. The five star are fake trying to con anyone willing to listen, i was rescued from them when Markkcoy on (telegram), got my total balance back from them. It's not easy to find a brokerage site that is truly proficient in crypto trading. I mean, there are tons of brands that do this, but only few are true professionals. Coin smart canada are one of those professionals.

If you "invest" with CoinsmartCanada.com, you will lose all of your money. This is not a real business and is not affiliated with the real coinsmart.com. They are a scam. They are actively stealing money. You can not withdraw money from the "account" because it isn't real. It's all smoke and mirrors. Please do not put your hard earned money here.

I am in the same boat as Tracey H. Yes it seem like they stole tens of thousands from me too. Can't take out the money. I can't transfer bitcoin into my other wallet. Nothing. Is there anywhere that can help or is that money long gone?

Trying to get my investment back no luck. Wanted me to invest 50K and stopped communicating with me when i wouldn't. Thank god my investment was small.

I had great faith in this company. Very naïve. When i asked a few questions regarding the legitimacy of coinsmartcanada.com i have received no answers and they have locked me out of my account. Essentially they have stolen 10s of thousands of dollars from me and no one will communicate with me. Do better than me... do your homework. If they were a legitimate company the questions i asked would have been answered and my account would be visible to me. There has been no ledger of my account supplied to me, no tracking/ blockchain numbers nothing. No proof and anything.
