My order arrived in pretty good time. Overall I like your site but I hope you get more flavored coffee... the maple pecan coffee is wonderful by the way :) and maybe make the price you have to pay before you get free shipping a little bit less? I think Amazon Prime spoiled me lol. I'll be back for more maple pecan!
Overall I have not been satisfied with your customer service. I complained via multiple emails which were not all answered and nothing solved and I was not satisfied. With all the competition out there, customer service is important and yours is terrible.
I only placed this last order as I could not find exactly what I wanted on Amazon.
You need to try harder!
The coffee I bought is very good, as good as I had hoped. But delivery time -- ten days -- is unacceptable. I seriously suggest you look at dropping FedEx and/or UPS and go with the United States Postal Service which is faster, cheaper and more reliable. (And, no, I don't know a single person who works for the USPS.)
My wife insists on Krispy Kreme decaf for her morning brew. It is difficult to find in k-cups. But CFl had it on the shelf. Pricing was competitive with Amazon and delivery time was very reasonable... likely to be reordering in the future.
I use this company mainly because of discount and I can get pumpkin spice year round. I order nantucket blend for my husband and pumpkin spice for myself. I sometimes have issues with the pumpkin spice pods not being sealed as good as the nantucket blend. No idea why that would happen? If it weren't for that, I'd rate the company 5 stars.
They have a great variety of coffees at great prices. The only problem we've had is when they suddenly surprised us by shipping FedEx. For years now they've used the USPS, and being full-time RVers it worked great because our address is always General Delivery. That doesn't work for FedEx. I'll now have to call in my order and request USPS shipping.
I ordered some regular coffee and it was okay Delivery time was fine. Then I looked at the brand of coffee I regularly used for myself and saw that the price was raised to $59.90 for the same thing I ordered before for less than $15. I checked with other online companies and the price hadn't changes. Talk about price gouging! I will neverorderfrom you again.
Haven't opened boxes yet, but some 12 days in transit. No idea of temperatures pods subjected to during this long time in transit. Won't order again from this company.
The website has a great selection and delivery is usually fast. This time however, it took THREE WEEKS to arrive, and half of the order was wrong (not decaf, as ordered.) Very disappointing.
I ordered Krispy Kreme Decaf K cups and I was sent Krispy Kreme regular K cups. I was told that is was my mistake. It was not my mistake but theirs. If you go to the Krispy Kreme Decaf that is what shows up on the "add to cart". I added it to the cart and lo and behold I received regular not decaf. I could send them back for an exchange but I would have to pay shipping BECAUSE it was my mistake not theirs ( of course I feel certain it was their mistake) Then I fill out the return form and was informed on filing it I would have to wait for acceptance and would be informed via e-mail when it was available. Well two days past with no info. I called the customer service people and was told that they had sent an e-mail - check ed my spam - no e-mail. They said they would send another one, which they did and I did receive it. Now I was required to send the tracking number for the shipment and was provided a link via their e-mail to provide them with the tracking number. The link did not work so I am still in possesion of the tracking number and waiting to see what happens.
It took also 12 days for delivery. My Daughter order coffee from a different company 2days after me and within 5days she had her coffee.
I ordered 5 Tassimo Gevalia Columbia coffee and received 5 Expresso coffee. Disappointing and I'm awaiting correction by Coffee for Less.
They have decent prices and a fair selection, although they no longer carry my favorite coffee, but their shipping is terrible. The "free" shipping takes forever, and twice I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-4 days) and it still took 6+ days to get it. When I emailed them about it, there was no offer to reimburse me for the shipping expense, or even an apology for the delay. They use FedEx, which I think is fine if you live in a metro area, but not if you're rural.
Local store was out of one of the "Limited Edition" flavored coffees that my wife and I have become addicted to, so I went online to try and find some. Happened upon coffeeforless.com and they had it in stock. This is the first time I've used this site but definitely won't be the last. They have a great selection and quantity options, good prices, and the order shipped the next day. Very happy.
My experience was unbelievable... coffee was delivered like a fast food restaurant. That's how fast I received it. More than satisfied with the service and the coffee was as fresh as a real coffee shop. Love y'all! Will I do business again... H... E... double L Hockey sticks... yeah...
I have been using CooffeeForLess for years now. Maybe 2 or 3 times since I started using the site for all of my coffee purchases were there issues with my delivery. My call to customer service was answered promptly and handled in an extremely professional manner until they could quickly rectify the issue. Even now even in the worst of times, with I assume to be a much higher demand with the quarantine in place they still did a great job getting me my COFFEE!
