The books and listed prices are fine, a very good buy. But your shipping costs are excessive.
I've had good luck here finding specific books or authors I want.
The coffee I bought is very good, as good as I had hoped. But delivery time -- ten days -- is unacceptable. I seriously suggest you look at dropping FedEx and/or UPS and go with the United States Postal Service which is faster, cheaper and more reliable. (And, no, I don't know a single person who works for the USPS.)
