Their motivation is contagious. Starting and managing your own practice can be very challenging, and there are definitely ups and downs. Hiring the right people for different areas of your business gives you that constant positive vibe, which keeps you going. ICareBilling Medical Billing Services Company has not only helped with what I hired them for, but has also boosted me at times when I feel like things were going the opposite way. It is the kind of company you need in your network!

This company locked us into a 4-yr contract after promising us amazing features, customer service, training, and support. We are now stuck with a crappy EMR system that doesn't work, takes forever to load, and we have to call customer service every day for help - at which point they just state that they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it ASAP. Nothing ever gets fixed. They are literally interfering with our patient flow and practice operations, and have absolutely no clue what they are doing or how to run a software company. For training, they refer you to 1-1.5hr training videos on their website, a lot of which have terrible quality and sound muffled - and no one has 1-1.5 hours to sit and watch these training videos when we are busy seeing patients. I wish we could get out of this contract and we are counting down the days until we can switch to another EMR.

Nivano Physician medical center on 7600 Hospital Dr has worst service. My name is Sant Ram, joined Nivano on January 1st 2023 n ended on Sept 30th 2023. 1st week of January had an appointment with PC n requested 4 a Neurologist. I have Parkinson Disease n had DBS surgery, deep brain stimulator implanted on my brain which controls the movement of the body with remote control. Something went wrong with the device n my back locks up, I couldn't move from waste down. Made so many calls from 1st when saw PC in Jan till September 2023 never got 2 C a Neurologist. Each time I called there were problem with authorization n changed the PC still was unsuccessful. Staffers working there don't know wat they doing. Had no choice then 2 call Medicare n switch Ins. Never recommend anyone there.

Sent 1st bill back with insurance info so they could bill insurance company. They sent the same bill again a month later with no description of services or dates just stating past due.
Called them up gave them acct info and they asked how can we help you. They now wanted ss number. What a pain in the A. They were hoping I would just pay the bill they never sent a letter asking for ss number. Crap outfit!

My Clients Plus is definitely the best billing software I have used. Their progress note templates make note taking so easy! I am very happy overall with my choice in software. Their customer service is always there to walk me through something should I get stuck. Overall I would highly recommend My Clients Plus to someone who wants an easy way to bill both insurance and clients.
