They advertise price of flight one day and call you next day with change price. Usually with bigger price tag. This is lack of professional behaving.
The price offered was very attractive, and I purchased 3 EcoBudget tickets with Air Transat. However, there was an issue with the return flight, and there were no more seats available. When I called to inquire, the agency told me it was no longer possible and that I was required to purchase tickets at a higher price, according to their conditions. I spent several hours discussing this, and finally, a supervisor told me that we would have the option to select our seats (not just 24 hours in advance) and a carry-on (not just a personal item). In the end, I agreed, but I felt trapped. When I received my reservation, I realized that I ended up with EcoBudget tickets round-trip, at a higher price than Air Transat. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Someone called me back and told me that another supervisor would return my call within two days. However, no one ever contacted me. This lack of follow-through shows a lack of honesty and professionalism. I don't need to tell you that my experience with them has been more than disappointing. Their sales practices are misleading and in bad faith. I even sent an email to your customer service department and never received any reply. This complete lack of follow-up further demonstrates a disregard for customer concerns and a failure to provide the level of service expected from a reputable company. Instead, they are taking advantage of people in a way that feels like extortion.
Clicktobook.ca website is a SCAM. I purchased a return flight from Montreal to Halifax, everything looked great, but I received a call for confirmation and to inform me that one of the flights were not available. I had to upgrade the category for an additional 500$. If I refuse, there is no guarantee that I get a flight for the return and there is no reimbursement for the missing flight. Luckily, I was fast enough to cancel my credit card before they could charge it...
If you want peace of mind, stay away from this pajeet scam. I almost lost $6500—the same MO. They called 1 hour after I booked my flight, asking for #3000 more with the same bs economy class bla bla bla
I had to call my CC and cancel my card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
Never book with this compagnie its a scam the charge you extra fees which double the Price the are stealing peoples money under hidden conditions the review will go to all newspapers and social mediaszn n
I booked a flight to cuba yesterday and was called an hour after my purchase to confirm. When I answer because they had spammed my phone. I realized my phone recognized the number as a spam likely. When they found my booking they said that in order for me to confirm the return flight I had to pay $200 more. Which it never mentioned that in the website. So I automatically thought it was sketchy and asked to cancel but they said that the payment had been processed. Luckily I checked my bank account and it wasn't. So I just retired all my money and canceled my card. Please be careful. I got lucky they had lied and it didn't process and was able to get my money out. Others might not be so lucky.
My wife booked 2 tickets at a good price from MTL to LAX. She got a call the following day they said someone else booked at the same time so not available. 300$ extra to buy those tickets. My wife asked for refund. They replied it wasn't even charged yet on the credit card (true).
I used fly-scanner_com to search flights. Selected a flight that "was a great deal." Fly-scanner refers out to Click2Book or TravelJunction. Both are scams. DON'T USE! My incident is pretty much like everyone else's in the prior reviews. My "good deal" was $370 but after their email of trying to reach me and for me to call to confirm, they told me flight was no longer available. I then spent the next hour going over flights to pick the next best that was $998. I realized what was happening and that I had messed up giving them my card info. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Cost us $100 to cancel a ticket that was not issued and was not available, they don't even call or inform us about the situation. They even expect us to pay a fee at the airport...The agent of Click2Book.ca tried to force us to accept a ticket of double the price and want to change the date of flights. Which we didn't accept, had to argue over 30 minutes. They have a difficult English to understand.
The worst page where I have bought a ticket based on false prices, leaving you on hold the alleged purchase to give you exorbitant prices to the market, giving you the only option to cancel the flight, taking away some money for said cancellation of a flight never paid, this is the most ridiculous thing.
I called costumer service for flight reservations. The costumer service agent wat totally disconnect and have no clue what I was saying. I am not sure if she was on drugs and poor quality of service. Furthermore, I have to repeat many times as she did not listen. Very poor costumers service
Don't trust this company. Two hours after I booked my ticket they called me to tell me I gotta pay $385 more to confirm my booking because the booking was through a third-party company. I checked the reservation email again to see if I see any information regarding a third party company charge but I did not find any information on it so I asked for a full refund which they were not willing to do for me eventhough I've only booked two hours prior.
This is bad business practice and knowing what I know now I will next time just book with a bigger more reputable company for $200-$300 more but at least I have a peace of mind that I'm not getting ripped off...
Stay away...they reel you in with their lower price and then charge you more once they have your credit information.
I went to book several flights from Vancouver BC to Havana Cuba. Got a weird feeling about website and decided to look it up online. Nothing but 1 star reviews and complaints about upcharges, cancellation fees, etc. Decided to pull the plug mid booking and got several emails and phone calls where they proceeded to yell at me and threaten me if I didn't book. Ended up having to hang up on them. See attached email for an example of how they follow up with you even when you don't book thru them. "We may have already charged your card" kind of says it all.
After selecting their advertised fares, they informed us that one had gone through, confirmed, and that the second one would cost $750 more. We stated we didn't want to pay so much and we're told that one of our tickets had been confirmed and was no longer refundable. So our options were to pay the $750 extra on a $1250 ticket or lose the original booking. These are for two seats beside each other, booked at the very same time.
Please, please, don't ever patronize this company. I don't know how they sleep at night.
Bait and switch says it all. They charged for things I didn't purchase. I purchased a flight for $290 that they had no intention of selling and gave me one for $481 that I didn't purchase and told the guy over and over that I refuse to purchase this flight and he argued with me til
I had to hang up and repeatedly called me back and his number was identified as spam
Do not book with this company. It is a scam. I purchased a ticket online to be later told that the ticket was not confirmed but I still had it charge. When I tried to cancel they try to upsell me a ticket that was tripled the price of the original ticket offer. After I tried to cancel, I was told that there was no charge and that I was canceled in the system. A week later a charge for the original price showed up on my statement. When I asked to cancel this charge and why the original charge wasn't canceled, they said that my ticket was put on a hold status which I never asked for. So when I tried to cancel again I was told that I'm being charged to cancel for a ticket that I was never confirmed for. Then after 25 to 30 minutes of arguing with the representative they finally decide to cancel my ticket with a confirmation email but still making me pay 50 US dollars.
Again, this is a scam. This is a scam. I hate the fact that businesses do stuff like this knowing that people are trying to do the right thing. It's unfortunate that this is our society now. And funny thing as I was writing is review. They tried to call me back and get my credit card information to cancel. Don't you already have my information to ask? No but we need it again. Really? Okay go ahead and wait for. I give my experience less than zero
I bought my tickets, I received an email to call, I called them and they told me that this price was not possible, by phone they made me the new reservation for a much higher value, we paid them and they never essue my tickets. We have been waiting for the refund for more than 10 days and every time I call they tell me that it is in process. This page is a fraud. Do not buy on this page. Fraud fraud fraud
Be Aware of these scammer.I booked a ticket yesterday $1210 from click2book after booking my ticket I got a call from agent (frank) that not even his real name.saying your departure ticket is confirm but when u coming back is not confirmed coz they don't have basic economy you have to pay $390 to confirmed your returning ticket for standard economy.i cancel my ticket they charge me $150.(frank) (chris) All other Agent they are fake that's not even their names they call from India.
I booked a flight for cheap and they called me a couple days later saying that there was no more seats in economy class and that I had to upgrade to a more expensive flying class. They pressured me saying I had limited time (30 minutes) to upgrade or I'd lose my spot in queue, and therefore my flight. Mind you this is a 450$+ upgrade that I had to confirm by saying I Agree in email without a purchase receipt. I cut contact and they tried to call me at least 4 times.
