This company is rife with fraudulent business practices, intentional bad faith handling of claims, and just plain scammers. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with these people altogether.
You can click on various auto insurance companies and see the complaints. My current insurance company Liberty Mutual had one complaint. The one I was looking to change National General had so many horrible complaints I could not read them all and got the full picture. If you save too much money you get no service and a company that is not going to pay claims. This website saved me from lots of future headaches.
