Lousy website states, nor will they respond to email correspondence directed to numerous
Individuals in this so called professional organization.
Its been over 30 days and I have not received credit for returning their product. I was told 3 to 5 business days over the phone, 10 to 15 days in an email, now they have stretched that to 30 day... do not order from them I will post every day till I get my money back... they don't rate the one star
I can't remember being as pleased with a purchase as I have been with my purchase of the Clearflex hearing aids. I bought my Clearflex hearing aids after visiting two highly marketed brands and a local M. D. Their prices were several times the cost of my Clearflex aids with the promise of occasional retesting and adjustments. I was relieved when I first discovered the Clearflex web site with the promise of my being able to be in control of my hearing as opposed to being reliant on a staff that can change or a facility location change or my being unable to travel to an appointment. The phone and email support since my purchase has been exceptional.
And, the Clearflex hearing aids have certainly given my hearing back to me. I have made several trials with adjusting the settings and now have the aids tuned without having to make several appointments.
I have had my Clearflex hearing aids for over 3 months now and couldn't be happier. I received them and had them programmed and was hearing better within 30 minutes of receiving them. I have only had to adjust them twice since then. Each time took less than 5 minutes. The app is so simple. I love it. What I have been doing is wearing them more and more, and adjusting to this new world. I like it when I am in a negotiation with a soft spoken client, to just tap that button and BOOM, I can hear a watch ticking. That is cool! Unlike most people, I am going to be programming for selling situations, rather than life situations. Again, that is very cool! I am very glad I chose Clearflex, for just that reason. First off, every single person whom I have had to speak with in the course of obtaining my new Hearing Aids have been both, professional and courteous and offered much help.
The Hearing Aids are so much better than the ones they replaced. The whole setup via the Tablet was so simple, that I could barely believe it were so. The aids do not squeal like the old ones and the fit and ease of wearing them is so inattrussive that one can easily forget they are being worn. That is until they are not!
Yes, these aids do work, and work very well. Hearing is very subjective, because one can only hear, what one hears and as such, has no real idea what is being missed. The fact that I can now hear a Coaches whistle and the Symbols being hit by a drummer is proof enough as prior to these aids, I could See what I could not hear.
Once again, all the Staff at ClearFlex have been simply wonderful and I am so grateful to: Dan, Suzzane and Sable for the wonderful support given my during the purchase of my aids and the follow up's since.

We sincerely apologize for your experience. As our policy states, all equipment must be returned in original packaging, undamaged for a full refund. Once we received the missing items, a full refund was promptly issued.
