The information says that there is 40 vials per box, I ordered 3 boxes but I only got one box with 3 vials in it. The whole thing seems like a scam

Often times, sales and/or discount codes are what lead patrons to the site. It seems deceptive when only 3 out of 5 items in my cart qualify for free shipping, therefore resulting in me still paying a shipping fee. If all items will be packaged in the same box(es) I assume, then why charge additional shipping?
