The last 2 orders, toilet paper boxes were taped across the top (where they are open) to contain the rolls. If there was cardboard between them it would be fine, but we've consistently gotten individually wrapped rolls of tp that couldn't be sold because the tape removed the wrapping.
The box doesn't fully enclose the TP. We live in the country on gravel roads, the truck is engulfed in a cloud of dust when it stops and they drive with their doors open. My box was ripped in 2 places in addition to the 2 big openings on top and bottom off box, and the tissue wrapping sticking out of it. You can see the dirty TP.
I order about once every two months and it comes quickly and perfectly every time. Price can't be beat. I will not order from anywhere else because I know this medical product is too important to get wrong.
