There is no ZERO Rating, so I am forced to pick "1". Any other fitness center in Tri Cities would surpass this facility in terms of qualified staff, equipment, contractual implications, scheduling for available times to use facilities, adequate staff to support the pool & gym schedule, cleanliness. VERY Disappointed with this facility after joining and when I approached the owner/manager "Karl/Carl" I was treated rudely, unprofessionally and was cussed at. The only thing this owner cares about is getting you to sign the contract, after that your screwed. Go anywhere else in this town and you'd be better off.

I do love working out there. It is too much fun, I can feel the energy and I am seeing results in just two weeks. Thank you to Veronica, Emma, and all the great instructors.

We recently bought our second Honda Accord from Galpin Honda.
Michael Fogelman, our sales associate is very professional and once again made the experience a breeze. There was absolutely no pressure. Mr Fogelman took the time to point out all the new features of the 2015 Accord such as the blind spot camera, back up camera etc. features we did not have on our 2012 model. He then guided us through the leasing process explaining the details in a very clear easy to understand manner. After the paperwork was complete Mr Fogelman spent ample time making sure we understood how to work all the new features. We can"t say enough about Mr Fogelman – we will certainly do business with Him in the future and will continue to refer friends and family to him.

I had my 9 foot pool table moved by Long's, and when re-installing the table at it's new location, the installer noted that the installation could not be completed at that time because the carpet and pad had not compacted yet and the level of the table could not be relied upon until it had. Rather than just doing the installation and hoping for the best, the installers (Scott and Malik) stopped and arrangements were made to have the installation completed later in the week. Different installers showed up the second time (Billy and Ryan), but like the first installers, they expressed an enthusiasm for the game and a desire to make the playing surface as perfect as they could get it. They finished the installation and did a great job.

I have been taking my two dogs and two cats for their veterinary care at the NW Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Prull, who is in charge of their care, is very professional and competent. Dr. Prull explains everything, and explains fully. If my pets are given medication or have a procedure expect a follow-up call to see how things are going. I have always found Dr. Prull to be extremely thorough. The veterinary techs are also very helpful and very nice. If you want great care this is the place to go.

I have dealt with 100's of business listings for about 5 years now and I would say Citysearch is one of the most excellent with their customer service. They respond via email so quickly, help fix and modify listings, provide a great overall look of the listing. Although its not easy to get listed unless you go through expressupdate or a 3rd party. I have found it doesnt really matter they always eventually get the information and if it ever gets messed up like I said easy to get a hold of them and fix it. They are polite, quick, and caring. I really do appreciate it. Thank you on behalf of all the 1342 companies I have worked for.

Citysearch persists in providing a wrong address for my business, despite repeated emails to correct their database. Do not trust any information they provide about any business.

Citysearch is another free user reviewed business directory aka "business look up" site.

The good:
1. Citysearch allows you to write an in depth business description of your business, post your link and add photos in a nice layout.

2. The business owner is provided the means to get in touch with a real person about their listing.

3. Citysearch has a paid for advertising campaign on their site, but unlike Yelp, the sales people are friendly and not condescending and not aggressive.
I decided against going with a sponsored ad on their site and they were totally fine with that.
Unlike Yelp, none of my positive reviews disappeared and my ranking didn't drop.

The not so bad

1. They don't use a star system, but the number of your reviews on Google will show up listed next to your website in the search engine.
That means that you are getting people who are going to read about you.

2. If someone writes a bogus review about you, you can contact Citysearch and they will research it to see if you have a valid complaint.
If someone has written a review about you, but has not used your services, even if it's a good review, that review will be removed.
That's fair as far as I'm concerned.

Last week my A/C went out during a very hot few days and I called Bryan at Craig's Appliance. He came out and determined that I needed a new A/C and furnace. His bids went from 8K to 20K. The higher amount seemed extremely high, so I settled for the $8000 bid, which would get me a bottom of the line, 80% efficiency furnace and A/C compressor and signed the agreement. The next day, we had a major medical emergency come up and I decided to postpone everything. Bryan then pointed out that if I didn't move forward with the agreement I had signed, it included in the fine print a 25% restocking fee that they would charge me! $2000 in their pocket for doing absolutely nothing! Keep in mind that this was one day after the initial contact and bid. I was mad enough to get two bids from other companies and found that they both would get me the same bottom end units for $5100, if I wanted them. That is 37% less! Well, Craig's ended up gouging me for $1200 for their "Restocking Fee". Big hearts.
TO RECAP: 1)They charge you around $100 for any kind of service call. 2) They scam you on a 20-25% "restocking fee" that they don't bother to tell you about in the fine print (yes, stupid me for not reading all of the legalize garbage). 3) They charge almost 37% HIGHER rates than their competitors. Don't get screwed by these guys. Get three bids, read the fine print and stay away from Craig's Appliance!

I have one word for Dundee Dermatology. Simply TERRIFIC!. I have never had such a great experience, with anyone in the Medical profession, as I have had at Dundee Dermatology. I cannot understand why anyone else would want to go anywhere else. It all starts with the young ladies at the front desk, all the way back to Dr. Getz and Dr. Campbell. I cannot say how much they accommodated me, who by the way is a 235 pound, 71 year "young" woos. I have not had Dr. Campbell perform 4 procedures on me and what can I say about perfection? It is hard to reach, or so I thought, anything higher but my last procedure, April 11,2017, that is exactly what Dr. Campbell did. Surpassed my expectations and then some. Dr. Getz? What can I say. He is just great as is his whole staff. I do not remember all of the names, but a few I do is, Teresa, Jennifer, Chris, JoAnn, Elizabeth. I, by no means, do not want to slight anyone, but I just an not real good with name. So, what I say is, my hat is off the all of you and I would like to send a Hearty Thank You for all you have done.
