I placed an order on June 14th 2021 for an upcoming trip I paid for expedite shipping. On June 22 I recieve an Email stating that 5 out of 7 of my items were actually out of stock! Finally today June 29 I received my 2 out of 7 items. Both were extremely wrinkled and one reeks of what smells like vinegar. I am livid There is no time return or go shopping again. This is beyond unacceptable. This is my first time writing a review. I'm very easy to please. I'm so upset
I've been buying the same long line tee for couple years now I notice thin poor quality material on the last purchase material has changed
Every time you buy with these guys they come through-the clothes fit how they say and someone checks your order before it leaves so it is correct-nice to rely on a site
Pleasant to deal with and very quick! The quality of the clothes is fantastic and were true to sizing! Will definitely use their service again!
I just received my earings, ordered through Amazon. I just love them! Thank you for attention to detail.
If your stores do not carry the XXS size then how can I exchange in store?
Why should I have to place another order for the same item and pay more when all I need is a change in size?
Seems to me that if you are going to sell XXS size you need to make them available in store or you need to accept exchanges online so the customer gets what they want for the same price as originally paid.
I originally paid $61.88 for the Harley jeans in XS, but these were too big so I rang around several stores looking to exchange only to find out XXS are usually not carried instore and if I needed the XXS I had to re-order online, so now the XXS Harley jean is costing me $89.99 that is a difference of $28.075 that is BIG difference to pay for a simple change in size and surely you can see why I am unhappy
Perhaps in these circumstance where you prevent your customers from accessing exchanges due to not carrying all sizes in stores customers should first be made aware before purchasing. If I had been aware I would have ordered the XS and the XXS at the same time but I was not made aware and am now paying for it.
