I'd really love to buy one their watches but my unpleasant encounter with their staff put me off. They had the worst customer service ever! That staff that I met discriminates people who don't look as rich as they should. I usually wear casual and comfortable clothes whenever I go out but that didn't mean that I don't have the capacity to buy what I want. I was really humiliated with how that staff looked up and down my appearance and talked to me rudely.

I think Citizen watches are absolutely underestimated by the watch enthusiasts.
They cherish the other famous Japanese brands like Seiko or Casio. But Citizen also has a lot to offer in terms of high quality of watchmaking.
I love their dive watches and I think that they are better made than Seiko's new SPDR collection.

I purchased my Citizen model A160-H*******in March of 1999. It is the only watch that I own and I wear it every day. Some of the luster has gone with wear but it has never failed me. As I write this review I am 74 years old and I am seriously considering leaving it in my will as I suspect that it may outlive me.
