Amazing lenses, my girlfriend is delighted with the number of lenses on the site and the variety of beauty!

I would give NEGATIVE stars to this company. Ordered 3 pair of lenses with cases and a few other make up accessories hoping for it to show up for Halloween. Weeks went by and I did not receive anything. I have contacted support at Facebook Messenger and no replies. Halloween was near and I had to order lenses from somewhere else in case the shipment will be coming in late. After waiting for a month, I've emailed support and they claimed that the shipment has been delivered already, which is impossible because I have been checking my mailbox everyday to see if it came or not. The tracking system is a mess, it makes no sense and it does not provide you with details. End of story is I did not receive my package at all. The support then told me to contact Canada Post, which I did and the representative asked me why isn't the SENDER calling in and then told me that sometimes although it does say that it's sent, it might have gotten lost or misplaced. Either way it is not my fault. I paid for these article but I did not receive so as a consumer, it is ideal for me to get my money back as a refund. Circlecolour support said she will give me a half refund claiming that they DID send it to me, that's absurd complete garbage- But I agreed at the end pitying that they probably did loose money too for shipping a lost product. I waited for 3 weeks for my refund and still nothing so I contacted them again and they sent me a link telling me that the item is delivered to Canada Post SO THAT MEANS they won't be giving me any refund at all and having me pay for goods that did not come. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE THE TROUBLE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. THEY PROBABLY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLAIMS THAT THEY DID DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS WHEN IT DIDN'T AT ALL

I have ordered from them twice now and I will order again. It takes a little while to get them due to the company being international but for the quality and price it's well worth it. My 2nd shipment got lost in the mail and when I contacted them about it they immediately shipped out a new package with all 3 sets of contacts I had ordered and then even emailed me to check in and make sure they arrived safely. Great company, excellent product.

WARNING WARNING I ordered a pair of hazel contacts and recieved almost clear contacts that made no difference in eye color whatsoever. They do not amswer the number listed but they do respond in emails. So i was emailing the vendor and explained the issue the best they could do was offer me 20% dis ount on my next order which says alot about the company. They did not care to replace the contacts for hazel ones and were soooo against me shipping them back as they insisted it was too expensive even tho i was going to be pating outta pocket. All in all they did not want to exchange and only offered me the 20% smh i told the gal 20% is a slap in the face. They do not care about customer service so i will never refer anybody else to this $#*!hoke of a company. If you are looking into buying some contacts i would suggest you do it with extreme caution. Like i said my contacts were ordered hazel but instead i received almost clear ones and they wanted to do nothing to make it right. Just be careful out there everyone they are good at scams and dont mind scamming you if it means putting money in their pocket. Just a bunch of crooks is all. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

I honestly love these contacts so much! I have been ordering contacts from Circlecolour since last year and they have replaced all of my other contacts. They are extremely comfortable and they actually look super natural, which is hard to find with other contact lens brands. I highly recommend these lens because I have dark brown eyes and still the lighter shades look amazing on them! I'll always order from circlecolour and I've also gotten my family to order from them too and they love circlecolour lens just like me!

I order Polar Lights Brown prescription lenses, i have light brown eyes and i wanted something to slightly enhance my eye color, because they are my first color lenses i ever used so i didn't want something crazy or that stood out, now they are my favorite! They look so natural, the color give my eyes a little boost, they are comfortable the prescription is on point and the price is great! I tried buying lenses from another site which i was disappointed that the diameter of the lens was small for it to cover my iris, this actually fit me perfectly and they look great, the costumer service are so helpful and nice, I had no issues with my order, I'll keep buying more!
