Cinnabon

I don't know where Cinnabon made its bones, but the product is expensive garbage! Nasty aftertaste like saccharin or other synthetic sugar. I've had far better cinnamon buns at gas station stores! Been eating cinnamon coffee buns at Dunkin' donuts for years and they are far better. It's a scam! Like Subway, spending Millions on Celebrity endorsements and giving the customer garbage. Pretty storefront but product and customer service inferior. Give me Krispy kreme!

Cinnabon purchased in Laughlin were dry and tasteless, no gooey goodness. I sincerely hope this is not the new recipe everywhere!

Went there during my trip to Atlanta and wasn't very happy. The atmosphere here is great and the place is quite unique but the quality of cinnabon was poor and bad presentation. The staff is unprofessional. Never going back again!

Really, really yummy! Well worth the price. A bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Not a health food, but a great comfort food.

I used to drive from West Terre Haute to Southern Terre Haute to buy a Cinnabon after school and before work. They were amazing. I found some at a kiosk at a gas station/restaurant, I was thrilled
These are awful. There aren't enough rolls to each bun. They are cooked all the way. They only good part is the icing.

I love the good things in life. I wish everyone could try out one of these all time favorite delicious buns. I have been buying from this store for years. They are in most of the malls. They have international franchises. Cinnabon has the most delicious handmade cinnamon buns with butter, cinnamon and this delicious butter cream icing on top. Every time I go near this store I can't help myself. This store is like a magnet that draws me straight to them just by the smell of them baking. I now that we all try to stay away from treats like this but they are so good I fall off the diet wagon. The buns are huge and so soft loaded and with cinnamon. I buy a box of them and in the morning I have my coffee, and tear them apart. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about sinking my teeth into this delectable delight. They are a little expensive but well worth the price. So If you like Cinnamon check them out. I hope everyone gets a chance to try Cinnabon. www.cinnabon.com

I ordered a gift for Christmas 15 days in advance and it was not delivered on time. In fact it was not delivered at all. I had to call today Jan 6 to see where the order was and was told that the order was canceled 3 days ago.( I was not notified) The woman i spoke to told me the order was canceled because they had no product. Really? She told me " Sorry there is nothing i can do..." She was no help at all. If this is how they treat their customers i won't be ordering from them again. I'll buy Pillsbury rolls instead.

This school holidays, I was interning and working at Southland Cinnabon. I would like to share with you some of my recent experiences and feelings while working at Cinnabon as I think it is necessary to address their management issues. To begin with, team members extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly to new employees on their team. I can't comprehend how they can treat customers with respect, but cannot reflect this upon their employees. I started working the immediate moment I entered the store. I still didn't know how to do many things. I tried to break the ice with the team members but they would always leave me with a judgmental face and a very bad attitude. I always tried to maintain a positive attitude with my team and to retain my productivity, but I became confused by other team member complaints. I asked the store manager about this matter but no explanation was provided. I felt very wronged. Several customers had also complained about flies in the Cinnabon
Hot plates, so I told the team leader about it and absolutely nothing was done to address the issue. It is extremely unsanitary to have bugs flying around the cabinets, and around things intended for consumption. It also proposes a huge health risk for customers when selling leftover Cinnabons the following day for lower prices. I would like to make some suggestions of improvement for this store, despite no longer working at this location. The store manager should attempt to treat everyone equally, be fair and impartial, not favor older employees, and put more consideration into complaints proposed. Thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to work at Southland Cinnabon, regardless of my poor experience.

CINNABON JEBEL ALI IS THE WORST MISMANAGED NO CUSTOMER SERVICE UTTERLY LOW FOOD STANDARD IN THE UAE! I RECEIVED A VERY OLD PECANBON SO OLD ITS TOO HARD LIKE ITS BEEN MADE 2 DAYS PRIOR!
WHEN I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE RESTAURANT NOBODY ANSWERED MY CALL. EVEN WHEN I LOOKED IN LINKEDIN NO MANAGEMENT MEMBER OF CINNABON CAN BE FOUND. OBVIOUSLY CINNABON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Doughy overpriced cinnamon buns and the only good thing about them is they smell good. Find something healthier to spend your money on.

I was charged double the price for a 6 Pack of Cinnabon without glaze $40. Typically, it would cost $20. If you're eating healthy or diabetic Cinnabon Management doesn't care. I reached out and the Cinnabon responds was better luck next time.

Disappointed to the max. You don't honor your food with even descent service. I suggest you dont waste time or money.

I was in Millcreek Mall in Erie PA yesterday, February 17 at 1:14 p.m. I was with my 2 sisters. First of all the line had about 10-15 people; there was one individual working both the Cinnabon and Auntie Anne counters. We wanted pretzel dogs and cinnamon rolls. They were out of pretzel dogs and was making them. There was a 15 minute wait to get them, which is very unreasonable. When it was our turn, we ordered 3 cinnamon rolls. I asked if they were made today and was told yes. Upon looking at the rolls, we noticed that there was not a lot of icing. We asked for additional icing and was charged.$99. My question is, 1) why was there only 1 individual working both counters? 2) why were there no food to order; 3) why were the cinnamon rolls hard and did not have a lot of icing. We were hungry and we were traveling home to Cleveland. We threw those cinnamon rolls away. They were hard and did not have icing. Very poor customer service and not a lot of people working the counters. These are some of the things that you should work on if you want to continue to have customers enjoy your product. I was very unhappy. I was so upset I did not even take a picture. Next time I will if I decide to patronize your company again!

No taste. Where is the cinnamon? The cheap Aldi brand cinnamon roll have way more taste. Verry little cinnamon in Cinnabon. Won't buy again.

Went to concord mills, all the way thinking I'm going to get me a delicious cinnabon. Me and my other half decided we would wait till after shopping and take them to the car to enjoy. However we waited till we got home about 30 mins away. Well they were so gross! Not done and the frosting looked horrendous! I guess that's a no to going to concord mills and getting a delicious cinnabon...

This place only serves cinnamon rolls and pretzels. So therefore their expert in making sure those items are the best you've ever had. If you ever come across one please try it. The only thing I would change cinnamon buns is The sodium content. It was a little too salty for my taste.
