Don't waste your money buying this load of sits, it's totally crap, I made a big mistake buying this, why did I paid £99 to watch telesales advertising? And customers service are even worse than their channel. Box is cheap China sits broke 3 times in 2 months, I have thrown this in bin. Request to all don't buy this crap if you wan a save your money.
No one cares for customer service. No sense of talking to customer. I don't know who gives licence to this pathetic companies to run business in the counties like U. K. & USA.
I sent multiple emails for couple of queries, but not even single acknowledgement of recieptant of email.
Never waste the money out of this kinds of fraud company, otherwise you will lose your £99.
Please Stay away and it's best to pay more to Sky and virgin rather than payIng to this fraudnalant channel.
The day we subscribe the Cinefun, we are getting Lots of Surfing issue. Whenever we made complaint to Support Team, either they are non responsive or blame the service provider (even after sharing the service provider test results from provider side and the test they had suggested). Also instead of resolving the issue, they always rudely suggest to unsubscribe their service. Very unprofessional and no sense of talking to customer
Its a rubbish cinefun tv, i bought this after 3 weeks, they have stoped telecasting star package, i have paid £99 for 1 year, others channel are shows only telesales adverts, i phone them everyday but no one answer phone call, bad service too, dont buy... waste of money

No one responds from customer service when you have a issue.One of the wrost service. Even we wont get any proper live tv as well. I don't want to recommend thsi anymore.
