“Lots of Surfing and Rude and non cooperative Support Team”

The day we subscribe the Cinefun, we are getting Lots of Surfing issue. Whenever we made complaint to Support Team, either they are non responsive or blame the service provider (even after sharing the service provider test results from provider side and the test they had suggested). Also instead of resolving the issue, they always rudely suggest to unsubscribe their service. Very unprofessional and no sense of talking to customer

Tip for consumers:
If you have any other option, PLEASEeee do not go for CINEFUN mainly not because of the issue or APP but Support Team
