Bought 4 tops from Chumbak recently like a week ago. Hand wash them. 2 got shrink and 2 loosen up.
When i went to store to exchange them, they rejected saying it is all your fault either you opted for incorrect size, variation in size caused due to non-adherence to wash instruction and also these products are not eligible for exchange.
Suffered loss of 3000 rupees.
Quality of product is too bad that even after hand wash it got shrink about 2 inches and 1 got loosen up by 2 inches. Not even able to wear them.
Customer care service is so bad.
Worst Brand Ever
They haven't provided me with my refund! Its been two months already! Neither responds to my mails nor tries to reach out. Extremely disappointed with this brand! Never gonna purchase from here again! They don't even deserve this one star
You people are such lyers... I am told that person had come for pick up... but thats not true... nobody came... First of all I ordered for XL size and u people cancelled my order without asking me... Then I did not get size and ordered for L. Then I found XL was available. Its been more than 15 days and still it is not been replaced... I have called u people ******* times... customer service is soo poor. People are so arrogant and impolite... Why is the pickup not been done? Why is it been delayed? I was at home only on Friday. Nobody came for pickup. Also I did not get any call. This is really irritating. Indeed A very bad experience at Chumbak.
The quality of the products is so poor. I had ordered 4 cups and three cup's handles were broken during shipping, never ever going to order from Chumbak at all. Other products quality were so cheap and different from the pictures they have shown. I wasted my money. Do not order from this store.
I like Chumbak.com for many reasons. They have latest and varied collection which you cannot find elsewhere. I recently bought one pair of flip flops here. I found the flip flops totally worth of what I paid it for. Thanks Chumbak for the satisfactory experience.
Pathetic Online buying experience. Chumbak team took no responsibility or extended no help with regards to issue with the courier of products bought. Very unprofessional and painful experience of online buying. Recommend buying only at outlets
I visited the Hyderabad airport store, wanted to check the price of a mason jar... ceramic cap flew Down broke into pieces... wen the checked the jar the silicon/rubber of the cap was removed Nd placed inside the jar... wen questioned about it store person said other customers might have removed them... I argued why it was on display then... finally ended up paying for it. Have nothing to comment on the product but plz hire some proper staff... my point is if the product was not in a condition why was it on display? Waiting for someone like me to come Nd pay for it.
The COPPER BOTTLE it is not of good quality. It peeled off on the inside immediately after pouring hot water and smells odd. The paint on the outside is wearing off too. It makes a scratchy sound while opening the bottle cap.
Product is good but service is poor. Called the customer care regarding some queries, they informed that it'll be done as I said but nothing has been done
