Ornament came broken with parts missing. Refund issued. Ornament reordered, and came broken again. This ornament was CLEARLY packaged in a box that was too small for it
The quality of merchandise was very poor. Cellophane bag was cut completely open on the side. Skirt was too big and all merchandise was very dirty from dust or some white powder.

I could only find the red, white and blue lights in the small bulbs. I love that they have white wire so they disappear in the trim around my front & garage doors. LOVE THE LENGTH OF THESE STRANDS! (One strand goes around the top & sides of our single garage doors) Unfortunately, the blue light isn't very bright so you don't really see it when you're in the street. Wish you made this same strand in the same length with the same colors in a C7 bulb.
I had a few hiccups with delivery but the tree arrived and was just what I was looking for. I wanted something that looked more realistic and this fits the bill, and I got it for a great price!
The aerosol can of frost spray i ordered was defective and would not spray - it would only spray a straight stream and very little like there was no pressure

The ordering process was easy. However, UPS delivered the second part of my order to the USPS. The USPS delivery person left my package at the foot of my front stairs IN A POURING RAIN STORM instead of leaving it on the top of my stairs under the eaves. The packaging was destroyed and one of the candelabra boxes inside was damaged somewhat.
I received the item just fine. Turned it on and it didn't work. I checked the batteries and they were leaking in the battery box. It took me an hour to get the item working again
I am happy with the candelabra's I bought for my windows. I love anything vintage or vintage looking. Now I have candles in every window in my home and it looks so festive for the Christmas.
